We are looking for an engineer for our Application Delivery team. As a member of the Application Delivery team you will work closely with our Software Engineering teams and leverage your passion for automation and technology to address our evolving performance and efficiency requirements.
You will have the ability to leverage your passion for information technology infrastructure by engineering mission-focused IT programs that incorporate both existing infrastructure and new system technologies and work with senior executives to find the best strategies to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fully automated CI/CD Pipelines using industry tools
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for the firm’s software applications
• Create thorough documentation records of design specifications as necessary to enable all computer systems personnel and end users to interact correctly and effectively
• Work closely with architects, software engineers, quality engineers, product owners, and management to design scalable, robust systems using cloud architecture
• Partner with development teams to improve services through automated testing and release procedures
• Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
• Recommend alterations to systems and procedures to improve quality of products

Skills and Qualifications

• 5 or more years of progression in Systems Administration and/or Systems Engineering roles
• Prior experience within the Capital Markets, Financial Services, and IT & Services
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office365
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient with AWS certification preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree related to computer science
