What you’d be doing:

• Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and support on best practices, data modeling, and data visualization
• Develop actionable reporting to create visibility across the business in operational and macro trends
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify business requirements for reporting, dashboards, and visualizations
• Work with data engineering teams to optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval for BI purposes
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI reporting solutions
• Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies that support organizational goals and objectives
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of BI solutions
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior and executive management on the status and progress of BI initiatives, including performance metrics, project status, and resource utilization
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within the BI environment by partnering with the data engineering team

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key business questions and develop data-driven solutions
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and business analysis skills
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and business intelligence tools and technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills - identifying data issues and anomalies
• Strong leadership and management skills
