Job Title: Application Architect

Location: Maywood, IL 60153

Duration: 12 Months

Hybrid: Lincoln Center 2 (3 days/wk) and remote (2 days/wk) - 12 months period with renewal option based on performance

40 hours per week

Distribution Standards department, comprised of ~20 full time engineers. Accountable for construction and material standards and specification for distribution equipment and distribution system construction.

The Application Architect should be capable of working independently and interfacing with other stakeholders to perform the following responsibilities:

• Work with the end user to define requirements and translate those requirements into workable solutions
• Supporting internal team publishing processes, including ensuring specialized internal software is functioning properly
• Upkeep and development of Sharepoint websites, including associated databases
• Provide guidance on workstation issues that arise within the department, including onboarding new employees with department-specific software as well as 3D modeling software (e.g. Autocad)
• Develop and maintain visualization dashboards (e.g. PowerBI) that pull information from internal sources and support data analysis for internal use, presentations, and team requests
• Development and maintenance of several Access databases.
• Interface with other groups to reach solutions
• Setup virtual machines to develop and send reports automatically
• Development and maintenance of new and existing apps for internal use

Education :
