Autonomous Maintenance Manager Jobs

We are currently hiring a Autonomous Maintenance Manager in Cincinnati, OH .

This role will lead the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Pillar for the company. The AM Manager develops

people capability within the Breweries by building and coaching a strong pillar structure and leading cohorts of individuals and equipment through AM qualifications. The role will consult on strategic, long term continuous improvement plans for each of the Breweries. The emphasis is on Autonomous Maintenance, but the role requires strong knowledge of Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement and Learning & Development pillars.

What You’ll Brew:

• Lead and coach on the floor, spending 50% of their time engaged with on-the-floor activities
• Drive strong adoption at all levels of the organization of Unrivaled Performance methodology by implementing a strong pillar structure and each site and qualifying co-workers
• Is a subject matter expert in Loss Tree Analysis, Rate Analysis, Loss Coding, data interpretation and data sources for manufacturing loss analysis
• Lead the AM corporate pillar; standardize AM activities across sites
• Lead and execute AM qualification models in support of the Brewery’s master plans
• Is a subject matter expert in Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement and Leadership & Development Pillars; ability to coach and certify co-workers at all levels

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience across progressive roles in manufacturing direct-leadership, preferably within food and beverage
• Is a subject matter expert in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Initial Problem Solving (IPS), Unified
• Past experience with being a site-level Pillar Leader, preferably in two or more pillars
• Proven ability with large-scale change management
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); data analysis and interpretation for measures of efficiency, such as OEE, MTBS, MTTF, MTTR
• Problem Solving (UPS), 5-why analysis. Can teach, coach and certify other leaders and coworkers in these tools.
• Expertise in the Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement and Learning & Development Pillars
• Proven ability to lead sites from Phase 0 to Phase 1

Preferred Qualifications:

• High-speed filling experience
