Proven ability with large-scale change management

Lead and execute AM qualification models in support of the Brewery’s master plans

4+ years experience across progressive roles in manufacturing direct-leadership, preferably within food and beverage

Past experience with being a site-level Pillar Leader, preferably in two or more pillars

Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); data analysis and interpretation for measures of efficiency, such as OEE, MTBS, MTTF, MTTR

This role will lead the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Pillar for the company. The AM Manager develops

Manage and update info accordingly within the company's Truck Management System.

Previous experience in a call center environment where remote problem solving was required

The ability to use critical thinking and problem solving skills

Knowledge in Google Office such as spreadsheets, docs, drive, etc

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
