General responsibilities may include:

Diagnose & repair and automobiles, vans, trucks and other automotive vehicles.

Examine vehicle and discuss with Service Advisor, or service manager the nature and

extent of damage or malfunction.

Plan work procedure using charts, technical manuals, diagnostic equipment and experience.

Remove, disassemble, inspect, repairs and replace units such as engines, transmissions and

differentials as required.

Repair ignition systems, lights and instrumental panels.

Diagnose, charge & repair Automotive A/C systems.

Reline and adjust brakes, aligns front ends and repair or replace shock absorbers.

Replace and adjust headlights and installs and repairs accessories such as radios, heaters,

mirrors and windshield wipers.

Automotive Technician Job Requirements

• Must have a good work ethic and a drive to succeed
• Must have a valid in state drivers license.
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles.

• Pre-employment process includes a background search and drug screening

Monthly Pay Range: $4,800 - $7,700

• Sign on bonus distributed over first 3 months ($1,000 on 30th, 60th, & 90th day of employment)
