Automotive Service Advisor

Walnut Creek Honda has a rare opportunity! We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Writer to join our team. This is a very busy shop with a well-stocked parts department and great earning potential for the right person. Automotive Service Writers work a 4-day work week.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
  • Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.
  • Listen to customer's reasons for bringing in their vehicle to the service department.
  • Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail and get proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
  • Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Check on progress of repair throughout the day.
  • Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customers concerns.

Requirements Include but are not limited to:
  • Reynolds experience is a plus
  • Honda/Acura experience preferred
  • Minimum 1-year prior experience as an Automotive Service Writer/Advisor necessary.
  • Proven High CSI rating
