Shaker Auto Group has an opening for an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer. We are a family owned and operated dealership proudly serving the Greater Waterbury area since 1930. Our dealership has low employee turnover and a great reputation as a great place to work.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience is a plus but we will consider other candidates with similar or equivalent experience. Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
• Schedule customer's vehicle service appointments
• Positive attitude
• Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Requirements:
• Convey expected cost and obtaining approval of repairs
• Professional appearance
• Previous automotive car dealership experience preferred or strong automotive knowledge
• Accurate write up of customer concerns
• Performing any additional task assigned by management
• Greeting customers in a professional manner
• Clean driving record and able to pass a drug test required
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction (CSI scores)
• Commitment to being a team player
