Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac: 3475 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park, NY 14127


Sales Office Assistant Compensation: $18.00- $20.00/hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume)


Sales Office Assistant Job Duties and qualifications:


  • Complete sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
  • Stock vehicles into CDK/VERFI when purchased
  • Maintain current knowledge of all promotions financing options value-add products/services servicing plans and industry trends
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Assist with delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation warranty and servicing requirements
  • Professional appearance with strong work ethic
  • Responsible for supporting all staff and providing administrative support to management
  • Vehicle test drives
  • Greeting customers, clients and vendors in the showroom
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Discuss vehicle selection attributes model options features etc.
