Job Requirements

  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Expense Control, CSI knowledge, Valid driver’s license
  • Automotive Sales Managers are very familiar with digital technologies
  • Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
  • Automotive Sales Managers must have a strong background of automotive sales
  • Automotive sales management experience including sales team development is a must
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
  • Steady work and performance history; Must be accountable
