Finance and Insurance Managers

We are Hiring for Multiple Locations!
The City Auto Group is one of the country’s fastest growing privately owned auto groups in the USA!! We need to hire experienced Finance and Insurance Managers for City VW of Chicago, and several other locations, to arrange vehicle financing for customers, sell after-market products, and more. At least 2 years of Automotive Dealership F&I experience is required.

Responsibilities - Finance and Insurance Manager:
  • Meet dealership sales goals
  • Seek and maintain good working relationships with lending institutions
  • Arrange vehicle financing options for customers and sell after-market products and extended warranties
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index score
Requirements - Finance and Insurance Manager:
  • High ethical standards and strong attention to details
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
  • Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Fully versed in leasing and special finance
  • At least 2 years of automotive F&I experience is required
  • Experienced with state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork
  • Computer proficient, a good work ethic and professional appearance
