Job Description
Bernardi Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Deal Clerk to join our team!
In this role you would be responsible for handling monthly extended warranty reconciliations, daily posting of new and used car deals, verifying funds, stocking in new vehicles and other general accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify that funds have been collected
  • Stock in New vehicles
  • Reconciling and maintaining receivable schedules
  • Processing the payoffs of customer trades
  • Daily Posting of New and Used Car Deals
  • Posting and reconciling of Extended Warranties
Qualifications:
  • Have a team-oriented attitude and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Able to pass a background and drug screenings
  • Proficient communication and organization skills
  • Knowledge of Dealertrack
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior automotive industry experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
  • Ability to follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner
