Job Description
This position provides customer service to our clients and team members alike by assisting accounting office to compile and maintain records of business transactions.
Responsibilities
  • Prepares tax and title documents
  • Prepares stock cards for new and used vehicles
  • Ensures proper purchasing of all vehicles
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Answer phones
  • Prepare deal paperwork for Accounting
  • Data Entry
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with titles
  • CVR experience is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Willing to submit a background check
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
The Ideal Candidate would have:
  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Reynolds Experience
  • Dealership experience
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic
  • Team-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
