Autocad & Revit Technician - Mep

A+S is seeking an AutoCAD/Revit technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for drawing set up, file organization, and production work. Production work will be a mix of narrative directed tasks that will require a growing skill base and straight markup work. Attention to detail and speed are equally important. An understanding of general construction is a plus. There is potential for growth into designer roles. Pay rate will be dependent on experience. Tasks include:

• Help evolve company AutoCAD/Revit standards in coordination with other offices
• Follow company’s AutoCAD/Revit design standards
• Complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing markups
• Set up background drawings/files based on files provided by architect
• Translate less specific design direction into functional documents
• Work well with others to manage the production process
• Flag coordination issues between disciplines

Requirements

• Technical degree in AutoCAD/ Revit related field or equivalent preferred
• Strong CAD/Revit skills a must
