Are you a CAD technician looking for a varied role where you won't just be sitting at a desk drawing all day but getting involved in project management, managing height safety equipment to be deployed and given autonomy to make your mark and progress your career?On offer is the opportunity to join as the first in a new sub-division of an established business providing façade access and height safety solutions. This new division was created as a result of the need for a technician to take a broader role in the management of projects such as the Palace of Westminster.Your role will include the design of various safety apparatus alongside maintaining inspection standards and occasional travel to commercial sites. You will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and customers with regards to your height safety solutions.

This role would suit a CAD technician looking to step into a broader role within a rapidly expanding company, being given the ability to oversee more of the process involved in delivering and maintaining the projects they create within a company that is dedicated to progressing your career.The Role

• Maintain inspections of safety equipment
• Occasional site visits at height
• Customer and supplier liaising
• 2D design of safety equipment
• Project management for a number of sites

• 2D CAD Experience
• Comfortable working at height
• CAD Technician or similar
