Position: Revit Draftsperson

Summary: The ideal candidate will be available from the building design and construction industry. They will prepare design concepts for Revit models, develop product designs including photorealistic 3D renderings, and create construction drawings. To ensure success as a Draftsperson, a minimum of 2 yrs. of office commercial experience working with Revit software, design skills, and a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a Revit dratsperson can design and create high-level building design models that meet all the specifications of our client.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Preparing and filing necessary paperwork to aid in the construction of projects.
• Drafting commercial plans using programs such as Revit/AutoCAD.
• Updating drawings based on feedback, change orders, standard changes, and request for information.
• Working and coordinating with a team of people to build complete set of drawings.
• Maintaining project records.
• Drafting commercial plans using Revit. Programs such as /AutoCAD are an added bonus, but Revit is required.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
• Must have prior Revit/ AutoCAD drafting experience. AutoCAD drafting experience is a bonus but Revit is required.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Communication.
• Time management.
• Ability to multi-task.

Ideal Work Experience:

• Previous work in dealing with local building codes.
• Construction knowledge / experience at a minimum.
• COMcheck process
• Familiarity with international and local codes
• Extremely detail oriented.
