This Role:

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in creating detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial window and door installations. Your expertise will ensure accurate and efficient execution, contributing to our overall success.


We’ll trust you to:

  • Conduct on-site visits for measurements and assess existing conditions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet design and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the installation team and provide necessary documentation.
  • Use CAD software to create 2D/3D drawings and installation details.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations.
  • Develop precise architectural drawings based on project specs, plans, and measurements.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback, modifications, and challenges.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drawings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex plans.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting principles.
  • On-site support and visits in the NYC area.
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques for window and door installations.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. Commensurate with experience
  • Job Type: Full-time
