Auto Body Shop Manager

We are seeking an Auto Body Shop Manager for The BodyWorks Super Collision Center. This position requires a "hands on" Manager who has experience in managing a Collison Repair Center. The Manager will run, oversee, and lead an efficient and profitable Team through; productive recruiting, training and coaching of Team Members, Team Member relations, Guest relations, cost controls, achievement of objectives, oversight of all repair records, and other duties as assigned.

Candidates must be extremely personable, Guest oriented, and a Team Player who leads by example. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, outstanding management skills, and a working knowledge of a Collision Repair facility.
