ABOUT US

Graspmore Physical Therapy is a boutique cash PT clinic that provides a highly effective and modern approach to outpatient physical therapy industry. You hear that right; we are completely out of network! We made this decision to focus on quality patient care without the high patient volume and short treatment times of other clinics.

JOB DUTIES

• Utilize a variety of equipment to create results including barbells, blood flow restriction cuffs, handheld digital dynamometers, turf field, and more.
• Deliver exceptional patient care since you love what you do and support the company's vision.
• Leverage a holistic approach to evaluate and treat the entire individual, not just the injury.
• Treat an average of 7 patients a day for 60-min evals and treatments.

WHAT YOUR JOB DUTIES DO NOT INCLUDE

• Treatment times so short there's no way to make progress.
• Spending long hours on documentation.
• Seeing so many patients you forget their names.
• Time wasted with modalities (ultrasound, e-stim, ice/heat).
• Managing PT aides and/or assistants.
• Falsely billing insurance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time or part-time employment (or per diem if preferred).
• While you can shape your own schedule, must be able to work at least 3 days in the work week.
• New grads with exceptional personal and clinical skills OR experienced ATCs or PTs tired of insurance driven practices.
• Licensed PT or ATC in the state of CA (sorry, no PTAs).
• Strength and conditioning background (recommended).
• Proof of CPR certification and COVID vaccination.

Salary: $50-75/hour, $104-151 annual salary
