• About This Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile inventory for bulk terminals
• Input end-of-month journal entries for negative inventory in Oracle
• Other responsibilities may be defined as needed
• Analyze cost for bulk locations with weekly weighted average cost review
• Setup new vendors in system by gathering W9’s and banking information
• Create Journal Entries to complete Cap and Trade and LCFS monthly accruals
• Research missing sales using inventory reports from terminals

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Pro and other Microsoft Office applications. SQL and Power BI a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.
• PDI knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance related field
