Job Title: Healthcare Project Manager (MEP,CSA OR Senior)

Are you a results-driven and experienced Project Manager with a passion for healthcare? Are you ready to take on a leadership role in shaping the future of healthcare facilities in Utah? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Healthcare Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the successful execution of healthcare construction projects throughout the state.


Responsibilities:


  1. Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


  1. Project Execution and Control:
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.


  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Address stakeholder concerns and provide regular project updates to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.


  1. Risk Management:
  • Proactively address any emerging issues to maintain project momentum and successful delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.


  1. Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Champion a safety-first culture, enforcing compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Collaborate with the safety team to implement and monitor safety protocols throughout the project life cycle.


  1. Change Management:
  • Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Assess and manage project changes, including scope adjustments, ensuring alignment with project goals.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least [X] years of successful project management in healthcare construction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to manage various stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
