Associate Product Manager - Tempe, Arizona (Hybrid)

Summary

As Associate Product Manager , ypu will assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives for key products within the Peripheral Intervention Oncology portfolio. The primary focus will be managing all marketing related activities as it pertains to euMDR. This will include extensive cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders in quality, regulatory, R&D, and regional marketing by providing input into product line-related business decisions. The Associate Product Manager will also work closely with the global marketing managers by performing tactical and strategic tasks with regard to product development, product management and other marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Works within Franchise Team including Marketing, R&D, Quality and Regulatory to develop a strong portfolio of product development projects that support the strategic direction and grow the business.
• Preparie and deliver presentations to sales team and division management.
• Supports domestic sales force and global marketing entities with marketing and sales tools as well as product knowledge and training.
• Assist global marketing teams in preparing marketing plans.
• Build relationships with key customers and commercial teams.
• Recommend product line modifications, extensions, new products and product discontinuation.
• Represent the Marketing function to ensure timely compliance to the EU MDR requirements.
• Actively engage with stakeholders across the MDR process to ensure execution against all deliverables
• Coordinate MDR activities including promotional material review, marketing/clinical claims, clinical benefit statements.

About you : To be successful in this role, you require:

• Ability to prioritize and execute a variety of objectives and clearly communicate progress and roadblocks.
• Self-starter and resourceful in developing creative solutions and ideas.
• Minimum bachelor's degree; marketing preferred; MBA preferred.
• Collaborator with a track record of success managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Prior healthcare, medical device marketing experience preferred.
• Travel Requirements: 15% Domestic, 5% International.
