Job Description

As an Associate Product Manager, you will:

  • Monitors and reports on key performance metrics to support application development and evolution.
  • Conducts research and analyzes business trends to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, finance, talent, technical, IT, and knowledge management to ensure successful execution of application functionality.
  • Plays a critical role in supporting the Product Manager and team with our organization.
  • Works closely with the Product Manager and team to develop and execute digital strategies and initiatives.
  • Stays up to date with evolving and best practices within a design culture.

To join us you should have:

  • Coordinating and resolving support tickets on general feedback, bug reports and feature requests.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of digital applications that support design and business process at the firm.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Assists in managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration, information systems, product design or related field.
  • Knowledge of lean or agile software development workflows.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high quality work.
  • Familiarity with modern digital stack tools for low/no-code development and the workflows for current web development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in software product design, or similar role preferred.
  • Ability to effectively extract detailed information from users on their needs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Assists in training and guiding team members on digital platforms, tools, and processes.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
