RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Passing fit lists to tech design and following up on any late sample tracking for design.
• Creating production ready tech packs from development tech packs.
• Organizing a sample rack for fittings.
• Attending fittings and reviewing design notes post fittings.
• Communicating with design, production, and tech teams to ensure correct information is passed.
• Cross checking buys and tech packs.
• Creating features and benefits lists for our international customers.
• Scheduling and conducting production tech pack handoff, based off a handoff list.
• Making updates to tech packs and BOMS.
• Maintaining PLM materials libraries and fabric detail sheets.
• Creating wash charts for the denim product.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of the garment development and production processes and ability to adhere to
• Detail oriented and thorough, able to deliver tech packs without error.
• Calendar deadlines.
• High Proficiency with PLM systems, Excel and Illustrator are needed.
• Accountability; take personal ownership towards delivering commitments.
• Technical knowledge; an understanding of materials, color, BOM's, and construction of a garment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Work Location and Schedule

This job will require that you work form our office in New York, NY, weekdays during normal business hours.
