IT Project Manager - Gaming
The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to ensure they remain within the agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality. Have the ability provide decision making authority across all technical and business process related issues. Ensure that contractual agreements with solution providers and vendors are managed to expectations. Identify, maintain and manage project budgets. Ensure best value for Company in respect to negotiations / contracting with both internal and external suppliers. Ensure funding arrangements are in place. Manage scope and settle trade-offs/compromises, if required, to meet project deadlines with Customer and solution providers. Identify team resources required in conjunction with all the Programs. Form the project team and maintain resource capability across the projects. Ensure IT, infrastructure, process and organization elements of a project are addressed and integrated. Point of escalation to resolve project issues and remove associated project delays.

- Identify, maintain and manage project budgets
- Ensure that contractual agreements with solution providers and vendors are managed
- Manage scope and settle trade-offs/compromises, if required, to meet project deadlines with Customer and solution providers
- Provide project reports through Program Office
- Maintain resource capability across projects
- Provide decision making authority across all technical and business process related issues
- Commit the Delivery Model in conjunction with the approved Project Management Methodology.
- Manage project to ensure that the project remains within agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality
- Ensures all projects are managed against a project plan and viable schedule
- Maintain resource capability across the project
- Identify team resources required in conjunction with all the Program Managers
- Ensure that IT, infrastructure, process and organization elements of a project are addressed and integrated
- Ensure funding arrangements are in place

Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- College diploma or university degree in software engineering, computer science, or business administration and/or 7 years equivalent work experience.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
- Excellent coaching, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
