What you’ll be doing:

The Associate Manager Channel Strategy and Growth is responsible for supporting channel management and project management across all retail channels that drive private brand growth. This role marries strategic product development and retail understanding with project management and client support management. The Worklife brands team is accountable to our external stakeholders, and this role will support connecting and partnering across all projects. This role sits within a heavily matrixed organization and will need to work cross functionally externally (with US Retail, Canada Retail, Quill and Essendant) and internally across the Worklife brands (WLB) team.

This position is a critical role for Channel Strategy within the private brands team, responsible for daily execution of initiatives that support assigned Channels and delivers on growth beyond NAD. They will work directly with a Sr. Director and work hand in hand with other WLB Teams including connecting with other WLB Directors. This is an execution and management position that is responsible for delivering against the initiatives that support identified strategies and business plans. This position will execute projects resulting from a 3-year strategic plan with retail partners and will be responsible for all project management and supporting strategic growth programs for our partners.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with strong project management and analytical skills
