Associate Jobs

Our client, a strong mid-market investment bank are currently hiring for an Associate to join their team.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000

Associates will gain extensive experience working across multiple teams on a variety of client engagements including ESOP valuation, ESOP transaction advisory and valuation/financial opinions. Associates are responsible for aspects of project management and analyst development.

You will

• Perform company, industry, market research and due diligence.
• Establish relationships internally on project teams and externally with clients.
• Develop financial models and analytical support for ESOP valuations, transactions, financial opinions and other valuation engagements.
• Work directly with ESOP companies’ senior level management, board members, shareholders and trustees throughout all phases of the engagement including participating in client discussions and due diligence meetings.
• Prepare valuation reports, presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials.
• Develop analysts and interns within the office.

Requirements

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 4 - 6 years of experience performing valuations, developing financial models and presenting to clients
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics; MBA or relevant advanced degree or certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
