Job Description
Role: Associate HR Business Partner

Location: Greenwich, CT; Melville, NY -Hybrid in office 3 days on average
EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join our team in Greenwich, CT or Melville, NY. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of HR experience, possess an analytical mindset, and demonstrate a strong focus on people and talent development. As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the HR Director and Career Development Team to drive the overall talent strategy in the Northeast region. Your role will involve utilizing various tools and resources to effectively connect the dots and align talent initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights on talent metrics, trends, and effectiveness of talent programs to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent development and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify talent needs and gaps, and provide recommendations for talent acquisition and development.
  • Assist in talent assessment and succession planning activities to ensure a strong pipeline of internal talent.
  • Support employee engagement efforts by actively participating in employee relations, employee surveys, and feedback processes.
  • Partner with the HR Director and Career Development Team to support the implementation and execution of talent development strategies and initiatives in the Northeast region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of talent development strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

The national average salary for this role is $65, 000 - $75 000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
