The Role…

We’re hiring an entrepreneurial Associate General Manager / Operations Lead to own and manage all professional & premium service lines of business for Ramped. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to hustle, scale a business unit, and thrives under pressure. We’re looking for someone who sees problems as opportunities, who likes to work in ambiguity, who comes with an elite level of operational savvy, and who wants to build.

What You Will Do…

• Promote and champion company values and culture
• Own the P&L and manage day-to-day operations of our professional & premium services line of business
• Assist Leadership in planning and executing the long-term business strategy for additional lines of business
• Tackle all operational issues and ensure quick and effective resolution
• Provide a product-market fit feedback loop into product and growth teams
• Manage on-shore and off-shore contractors and recruit, hire, and develop bench strength of additional contractors and other team members as trajectory requires
• Build and own all analytics and KPIs for service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Develop playbooks, procedures, and policies to drive operational and execution excellence

Who You Are...

• Exceptional financial and operational modeling skills
• Excellent data and analytical skills including ability to perform complex capacity planning analysis and budgeting
• Ability to context switch
• Comfortable working fast in an ambiguous work environment
• 4+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or strategy or operations at a high-growth startup
• Fearless under pressure
• Ability to operate independently and go deep on operationally intensive projects along with managing a large team of on-shore and off-shore resources
• Excellent executive communication skills
