Job Title: associate content manager, Licensed Stores
As an associate content manager, focusing on content publication, your primary responsibility will be publishing shared content from Enterprise SDL/SharePoint to Salesforce Platform. From there, you will be responsible for managing day to day content including tagging, authoring, and publishing all LS-specific content in our Salesforce. Ongoing responsibilities will include coordinating with Retail Communications team, creating page layouts and design in Salesforce, strategizing content across internal digital channels, and supporting long-term conversion plan of all PDF content to a web-based strategy.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business to track, design, review and publish content to engage, inform and educate licensed store leaders and baristas. This includes providing insights on trending digital content topics and platforms, user needs, and interests of target licensee roles and audience channels, adjusting content and messaging accordingly. (e.g. updating page navigation to maintain relevancy – ‘hero,’ trending, recommended, reviewing analytics to make improvement recommendations)
This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a cross-functional team that is modernizing and simplifying information so licensees can easily access what they need to make their Starbucks successful. This requires not only strong communication and strategy skills but a passion for the user experience, and understanding which content will inspire and inform baristas whether they are working in a Target, Kroger or airport location.
