What you bring to the table:

• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Familiarity with motions to compel, objections to demurrer, and MSJs
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Proficiency in drafting fee motions and opposition to fee motions
• Active member of the CA State bar in good standing

Your responsibilities:

• Drafting fee motions and opposition to fee motions with confidence
• Working with pre-established templates for motion drafting
• Handling law and motion drafting, meet and confer, and trial preparation
• Conducting legal research and writing
