ASSOCIATE – CROSS-ASSET SALES AND EXECUTION (JOB NUMBER: COR002869)


Business Overview:

Global Macro Execution Services, NA serves BNP Paribas’ institutional and corporate client base across electronic distribution, cross-asset execution and digital transformation. The team’s product scope covers FX, DM Rates, EM Rates, Repo, and Metals focusing on flow products via electronic and manual execution channels. The team utilizes data analytics and a process driven approach to cover clients which value price, liquidity and efficient execution services. Client sectors include Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Corporates throughout North America. We are looking for an Associate level candidate with 2-5 years of experience in DM Rates execution and client coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Specific focus initially on DM Rates execution with target of expanding to cross-asset
  • Proactive, diligent, and self-motivated
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced cross-asset execution role
  • Demonstrate compliance of Sales team with Code of Conduct and Principles & Guidelines
  • Capable of providing a consistent, polished, and responsive service to our desk’s growing client base
  • Proficient in multi-tasking across responsibilities and communication channels (email, chat, voice)


Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to establish relationships and execute across a broad spectrum of current and future clients

Preferred Qualifications:

The expected starting salary range for this position in New York is between $150,000 to $200,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
