Assistant Superintendent Jobs

• Participate with team in working with all field personnel, subcontractors and engineers on the job-site effectively to bring the project to a successful completion
• Assist with the completion and accuracy of all electronic forms, reports and documentation for the project
• Experience in supporting the Superintendent ordering, scheduling, quality control, and production of all phases of multi-family residential construction
• Maintain safe worksites in compliance with OSHA regulations and federal safety regulations (such as OSHA and CDPHE) and how to establish and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Support the management of field operations, completion of schedules, and labor budget outcomes including meeting milestones and delivery dates.
• Support Superintendent in maintaining costs, risks, methods and productivity to minimize cost overruns and maximize profit
• Maintain relationships with government agencies, inspectors, trade partners, suppliers, and vendors.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and effectively communicating information to others
• Ability to successfully delegate responsibilities to crew by utilizing quality communication skills and pro-active management style
• Actively support Superintendent in reviewing evaluation and reports of labor, material, and equipment costs, adjusting to insure a fair profit while maximizing client satisfaction
