Job Description

We're hoping to find a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual for Holly & Brooks, an established apparel, shoe and accessory boutique located in Kiawah Island, South Carolina.

Looking for an individual with previous retail sales experience who is comfortable engaging with customers and cultivating relationships. Strong selling and interpersonal skills plus an ability to help our customers make fashion choices is needed.

Good computer skills, knowledge of Excel and Word as well as familiarity with Google Docs & POS (Point of Sale) technology are required.

Primary responsibilities of the position:

-Work on the sales floor engaging new customers and retaining existing relationships

- Assist Store Manager in receiving & merchandising new and existing inventory.

_ Help manage with daily operations, delegating tasks as appropriate to sales associates.

- Take active role in executing marketing plans to include social media, advertising, store events & promotions.

-Watch product demand trends and offer suggestions as to product mix adjustments.

Must be available to work some nights and weekends when necessary.
