Donaldson is looking for a full-time Assistant Service Manager for a residential apartment community located in Washington, DC. (Stanton Glen Apartments). Ideal candidate will have general knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, HVAC, painting and appliance repair. Candidate will also assist the Service Manager with oversight of maintenance projects and repairs, contractors/vendor relationships, and other duties as described in the ASM job description. Experience in the multi-family housing industry strongly preferred. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, 20% discount on housing and more.
