Qualifications High School Diploma required. Associates degree in Office Administration or related field, or a Bridgerland Business Technology Certificate preferred. Organizational skills with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy are also required. Ability to continuously seek quality service and process improvements in order to support the College\'s mission and strategic vision is required.
- Provide high level customer service to new and continuing students, including developing and maintain student files, documentation, and related correspondence.
- Account for all monies received through Student Services on a daily basis.
- Registering and scheduling students.
- Provide general information and assist in resolving issues for students, the public, staff, and faculty related to services for students.
- Maintain integrity of student records and use the information contained in the system to provide reports and other documents to instructors and staff for recruitment and retention.
- Performs a variety of technical work, which includes but is not limited to: processing and maintaining accurate and detailed records and documents; preparing student records and associated correspondence; answering questions; printing reports; data entry; and retrieving information from databases.
- Update and correct discrepancies in student database.
- Answer phone calls, respond to email, and assist visiting customers.
- Prepare official documents and materials for internal departments and external agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
