Assistant Property Manager- The Villas At Snowmass Club

General Purpose:

Responsible for assisting in the entire operation of the property, with support from accounting, sales and marketing, and human resources; orchestrating and maintaining distinctive and memorable service and operational standards; and realizing the objectives of the ownership group. Further, embracing Destination Resorts Snowmass’ vision and service culture; promoting unity and teamwork and inspiration amongst all departments; and maintaining a supportive and productive relationship with the ownership group.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with the GM on the operating success of the property.
• Assisting in conducting Board meetings and taking meeting minutes.
• Oversee the owner statements provided monthly to owners in the rental program. Review work orders from housekeeping and maintenance to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in achieving property financial/business plan goals and expectations as established in the annual business plan for all areas of responsibility, and organize/implement strategic and tactical plans to facilitate this aim.
• Build a strong relationship with the ownership group and the Board of Directors. Work with them to better understand any concerns and how we can improve those relationships.
• Ensure the property is operated safely and securely according to property and company accounting standards.
• Provide innovative/creative thinking and strategies to effectively differentiate the property from its competitive set and exceed fair market share.
• Effectively represent the property in the local community, regionally and nationally.

Wage Information:

• The salary for this position starts at $75,000. Actual pay will commensurate with experience.
