About Our Client
My client is a general contractor built on consistently delivering commercial and industrial projects with unsurpassed service and quality. Built on trust, honesty, and maintaining long term relationships our client is dedicated to repeat business.

  • Communicate, implement and enforce company safety policy
  • Assist the Senior Project Managers in developing the project schedule
  • Ensures quality standards are being met throughout the project
  • Become familiar with and understand plans, specifications, site, local codes, local officials and inspection procedures
  • Attend daily job meetings
  • Become knowledgeable with the scope of all subcontract agreement
  • Schedule all subcontractors and deliveries as needed
  • Schedule and attend all required inspections
  • Maintain a safe, clean and orderly job site throughout the project

The Successful Applicant
  • Excellent communication and strong work ethic
  • Desire to learn and grow within an organization
  • Experience as Project Engineer or Superintendent preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Ideally 5+ years experience with commercial construction
