Position Summary:

Analytix Solutions is a single source provider of end-to-end outsourced business technology solutions for small to midsized companies, with operations in the US and India. We are currently searching for an Assistant Marketing Manager to help with our marketing communications and demand generation activities. The Asst. Marketing Manager will be part of a marketing team responsible for supporting marketing efforts for multiple divisions.


The Assistant Marketing Manager is a tactical, execution-oriented position. Key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to lead generation and project management for a range of digital and traditional channels, including website updates, email campaigns, collateral development, videos, event management, and social media. The position is a full time, hybrid role based out of the corporate office in Woburn, MA.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple in-market lead generation activities in collaboration with an international team and under direction of Senior Marketing Manager.

• Collaborate with marketing team and divisions to develop and execute marketing initiatives and tactical action items on budget and on schedule.

• Develop, manage, measure and track marketing campaigns to generate leads across a range of channels including social, paid advertising, email, website and events.

• Manage campaign analytics to help identify trends that inform and improve site performance, lead capture and conversion rates to help move prospects through the marketing and sales pipeline.

• Evaluate successful campaigns to assess learning and implement modifications to future campaigns for continuous improvement.

• Develop and/or provide input on strategy briefs and project schedules to ensure they align with stakeholder expectations.

• Review all in market activities in conjunction with Senior Marketing Manager, prior to launch, to ensure they are on target with approved strategy and meet with corporate standards and guidelines.

• Review and edit content as necessary for in-market activities.

• Manage and maintain ongoing status updates and reports in project management tools.


Required Skills/Experience:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related degree with 2-4 years of marketing experience.

• Proven track record of effective lead generation campaign management, digital strategy

• Experience working in a B2B marketing environment. Knowledge of accounting, IT or data management, or general outsourcing fields helpful.

• Self-directed, ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception through execution

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to flourish in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Passion for turning out high quality marketing communications

• Track record of leading successful digital marketing campaigns

• Agency experience a plus

• Prior experience preferred with marketing automation systems such as Hubspot and project management platforms such as Monday.com

• Some travel may be required.
