• Will need to hire and assist in training new employees
• Passion for cannabis, food, and customer service
• To serve and educating customers on the benefits of cannabis
• Retail focused

Experience required:

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
• 2-3 years of management experience in a customer service position
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
• 21 years or age or older

Desired Skills

• Experience working in the cannabis industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales background
• Knowledge of the state’s cannabis regulations.
• A current book of business and strong relationships with buyers/retailers specifically in the territory.
• Background in restaurant work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
• Background in retail sales.
