Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Citi Field NY Mets
  • Must be available weekends
Salary: $58,500 per year

What You'll Do
The position of Supervisor reports to the Parking Manager. This Position is responsible for supervising shifts at a specific parking facility to supervise the employees; handle customer concerns that require a supervisor's attention and ensure policies and procedure are being followed. You'll mobilize your leadership, managerial, and people management acumen to drive effectiveness for REEF shift operations. From report development to post supervision, you'll be responsible for the supervision of security professionals by deploying rapid mentorship, development, and disciplinary plans.
  • Completing all Impark documents completely, accurately and neatly
  • Resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Is responsible for ensuring smooth and safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians prior to the beginning and at the end of each event.
  • Displaying and demonstrating high-quality common sense.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Displaying good verbal and visual communication skills; and
  • Report all odd occurrences or strange persons to a supervisor
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
  • Making sure you plan ahead to have adequate change on hand
  • Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that your timecard is punched at the beginning and end of your shift.

  • Adhering to Impark (Mets) dress code for proper attire and grooming.
  • Greeting each customer with a friendly smile and a "Welcome to Citi Field"
  • Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers;

  • Working individually and/or in a team environment;
  • Responsible for supervising traffic directors with accuracy and precision:
  • Preparing your credential log sheet with accuracy and neatness
What We Want From You:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
