La Popular CDMX is a new chef-driven concept making its US debut from one of the top gastronomic epicenters of the world, Mexico City. With plans to expand throughout the United States starting with its first opening in Roseville in November 2022, followed by Austin, TX and Las Vegas and 2-3 more locations in 2023. La Popular Taqueria’s authentic Mexican cuisine will take its team and guests on a thrilling culinary adventure.

La Popular is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead the new restaurant concept. In this role, you will set the tone for the team and help bring our new concept to life. Your leadership role is critical in supporting the execution of the restaurant strategy to achieve performance goals and drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the restaurant. You’ll establish and cultivate a culture in your restaurant that’s aligned with Energy, Discovery, and Community.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
