Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Will perform pro-active phone calling and email reminders to students and parents to encourage timely forms submission, and provide simple summary statistics on status of participant forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for the collection, organization, review, and storage of customer’s participant forms, and will respond to participant inquiries online and via phone as it relates to customer’s participant forms.
• Participate in promotional events and activities.
• Review and verify data in class lists and other databases.
• Attend on-site meetings and events as needed.
