TAM was recently awarded NAA's Top Employer for 2022! Assistant Property Manager We are seeking to fill an Assistant Community Manager position at one of our properties. Come join our team! • Ability to build rapport with residents
• Previous experience as an assistant property manager
• Post rent payments in computer software
• Familiarity with property management contracts and leases
• Attend Eviction Court
• Manage collection to reduce delinquent accounts
• Ability to collect all rent and fees by a deadline
• Prepare 3 Day Notices
• Collect rent and other fees from residents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment.
