Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform office administrative work including manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
  • Manage day to day client needs between pay bills, mailing stuff.
  • Assist running payroll
  • Assist bookkeeping and monthly financial statements preperation


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
  • BA degree in accounting/ business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
