Job Description

We are seeking a Assistant Account Manager who is team-oriented and motivated to help brands grow and develop. This individual should be highly motivated and eager to build a future with our company. This position includes 8 weeks of comprehensive paid training with our corporate trainers and managers. After the training, the employee will work with our Sales & Marketing Department to help our clients establish their brands. This position will be based at one of our ten working locations in Minneapolis, MN. This individual will be working in teams of three to five people on a daily basis in this position.


Responsibilities:

•Assisting Senior Management Team in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns

•Assisting with efforts of executing increasing of clients brand awareness retention and brand loyalty programs.

•Assistmanaging the needs of external customers

•Lead fellow co workers with strong leadership and interpersonal skills

•Executing promotional marketing initiatives to help drive long term brand revenue

•Collaborate with fellow team members on brand recognition through localexperiential marketing campaigns

•Strategize, execute and collaborate with event marketing team
