Asset Management Analyst Jobs

Noor has partnered with a reputable fully integrated commercial real estate company specializing in multifamily in key markets across the US.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Multifamily Asset Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting both our development and operations teams. As an integral member of the asset management division, you will be responsible for financial analysis, monitoring property performance, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, offering memoranda, and investor presentations, providing comprehensive analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with the development team to evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, including market research, competitor analysis, and return on investment analysis.
• Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to optimize asset performance, increase value, and achieve targeted investment returns.
• Monitor property performance by analyzing and interpreting financial reports, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct financial analysis and pro forma modeling for existing and potential multifamily assets, including underwriting investment opportunities, evaluating capital improvement projects, and assessing operating performance.
• Support the operations team by analyzing property-level data, market trends, and key performance indicators to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third-party service providers to ensure effective collaboration and smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in commercial real estate, preferably with a focus on multifamily assets.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Solid understanding of real estate investment principles, financial metrics, and valuation methodologies.
