Pay And Benefit

• 401k with 4% match
• Full-time shift - 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM Monday - Friday with overtime available
• With regular increases!!!
• $17.85 per hour base plus $1.50 2nd shift differential- $19.35 per hour total
• Full-time benefits start the 1st of your month following start date.

Our general Assemblers assist with simple assemblies, preparing materials and packaging.

Our Assembly Technicians being by taking part in a comprehensive Assembler Onboarding Program. This program gives you the knowledge you will need to become a successful assembly technician. You will gain exposure to all our work areas within production and learn how to make our products and see what areas you may excel within. We also give show you how to advance your career as an assembly technician. Assembly technicians must demonstrate mathematical aptitude, have mechanical ability, and be able to follow work instructions.

As an Assembly Teammate, you will be part of our Manufacturing team. You will help build high quality temperature sensors, compression seal fittings, and cable and harness assemblies for a broad range of industries and applications! When working you will be required to have a safety-first mentality as well as be able to consistently follow established processes, quality standards, and delivery requirements. Teammates work in a clean, comfortable environment that promotes positive working relationships, learning, and continuous improvement.

Teammates will perform various job skills and must be flexible in learning new skills, working on different products, and work with other teammates. Teammates must have manual dexterity to work with small parts and lift up to 40 pounds. Teammates will also have a no excuses attitude and have a passion for delighting our customers shown by through dedication and commitment on achieving performance expectations.

Requirements

• Passion and care for quality

• Have a strong desire to increase their understanding and application of lean principles
• Must be able to pass a visual acuity (vision) test
• Be safety conscious and responsible for appropriate personal ergonomics
• Able to meet or exceed expected job rates
• Basic computer literacy
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Good communicator

Desired Skills

• Electronic assembly experience
• Previous cable harness assembly for aerospace
• Soldering and brazing
