Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Assembly Plant Supervisor to join our team! You will direct the activities of a team of production workers.
Responsibilities
  • Organize the daily activities of the production and operation teams
  • Examine all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
  • Allocate production tasks to appropriate teams and personnel
  • Observe all safety policies and procedures
  • Fill production orders from customers
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment
  • Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or related areas
You Should Possess Expertise In
  • Quality Examination Experience
  • Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • Six Sigma Experience
Salary Info
$29 - $33.50 / hr
