Our EDM Wire Operator – 1st shift will program, set up, run, and maintain multiple Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines. In addition, the ability to set up, run, and maintain the Belmont EDM drill.

Specifically, The EDM Wire Operator – 1st Shift Will

• Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.
• Multi-tasking is a big part of this position.
• Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Machine maintenance.
• Keep a clean and safe work area.
• Program Wire EDM machines using Esprit.
• Bead Blast post EDM details and plates.
• Assist with daily machine tasks.
• Drop slugs on active programs.
• Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.

What You'll Need To Bring To The Table

• Ability to lift and move 90 lbs. with assistance as necessary
• Must be available for mandatory overtime or non-standard or extended work schedule
• Ability to push 200lbs. on wheeled carts with assistance as necessary
• Tool and Die Blueprint reading
